EE sent out two phones instead of one when I upgraded and have billed me for both plans. They tell me I have to wait for packaging for second phone to be returned but this doesn't arrive (five requests and two compaints have been ignored). I paid the part of the bill for the correct plan I am using but am now being billed for a second month for a plan I am not using and now my services have been restricted due to non-payment for a plan I do not have, did not order and am not using. Several hours on the phone and several complaints by email, text and in writing arfe getting me nowhere. How does an issue like this get resolved? Does everyone have such awfu problems with EE customer service? I am told by my legal advisor that I can cancel the plan as EE are in breach of the contract but I want to keep my phone/service but am very unhappy with the lack of response from EE. Is this usual?
