I have tried to upgrade my pay as you go sim and got an email with confirmation of order but haven’t heard anything at all and delivery was supposed to be tomoz I tried putting the same upgrade through again and it allowed it so. It’s been done twice does this mean I’ve not got the first one and probably won’t get the second one thanks

No just upgrade got a pin sent to my number and was all accepted

Yeah for both just can’t track any of them and no email saying I’ve been approved just the we’ve got your order will let you know when your order is processed and on its way
