What a sham, have been with EE over 20 years and only needed them twice in that time and both times they let me down, first time 5 years ago when I waited 6 weeks to connect when I moved house, and now when they lied to me about a line repair, was sold an inadequate system, took time off work for a repair I didn't need.

They offered to compensate: 1. Get a more expensive system that would be obsolete in 2/3 years

                                                                2. Get an even more expensive system

                                                                3. They will waive my £26 early termination fee

So for their mistakes, lies, shoddy customer services I have to foot the bill....shame on them, hopefully find another supplier with a shred of humanity in them.

Delighted that you've been with us so long, but sorry to hear that you've had a couple of problems in that time. Could you give us a little more information about what happened recently? What was the system you were sold? What was the repair for and why was it not needed?

As I have just said in an email to your CEO, it is all rather long winded and I have already spent the best part of 2 hours on the phone to Jane in customer services this morning, but if you want to know the details the complaint number is xxxxxxxx, or I'm sure the telephone conversation recording will provide the details for you, or if you wish to talk then EE do have my contact number.

@RippedoffPeter  So why have you posted on the community forum if you’re not going to explain.    There is no access to anything you’ve emailed/phoned about. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
