Hi,
I have been trying and failing to upgrade the second number associated with my account. I have recently successfully upgraded the primary number associated with my account. Now, when trying to upgrade the secondary number (which has been eligable for upgrade since April 2023) by clicking 'Upgrade Now', I am redirected to a page which does not allow me to upgrade this number. It automatically takes me to the primary account's upgrade status with no option to change to the secondary number.
I have already tried texting Upgrade to 150, but this directs me back to this same page!
Help!

Did you try via your secondary number?
If you have, then ring customer service, they should be able to do this for you.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with upgrading. Is this happening on both your lines, or does it only seem to be impacting one?
