I have a broadband and tv contract with EE since November 2024 and wanted to look in detail at the conditions of my contract but I can't find the legal document anywhere online or in the app. The only thing I can access is the details of my plan/subscriptions and the latest bills but not the full legal document. It wasn't sent to my email account when I signed up with EE and it is not available to view via my EE account. Could someone please assist me with getting access to the legal contract conditions I agreed to as part of my contract. I don't mean generic legal conditions either but the conditions that apply specifically to the contract I sign up to with EE.
Any help would be appreciated.

When agreeing your contract documents digitally through the Lightico system you would have had the option to download these.
You could contact Customer Services and ask, they may or may not be able to find these.

Thank you for the reply.
I didn't download the contract information online when I signed up, as most providers have all contract information available via their online account portals. Surely, EE has a legal obligation to make these documents available/accessible to their customers during the duration of their contract.

The details of your plan/subscriptions are specific to you, i.e. price, duration & dates. The general conditions are EE pay monthly network terms
