I recently phoned ee because there was a bar on my phone so I phoned them and they UNBARRED it but it’s still saying there is a 3rd party bar when I try deposit online through my phone. They said it could take up to 24hrs for it to come off. Does anyone know if it actually takes this long or can it be quicker. I’ve been waiting 4hrs now.

Hi @Jackybhoy It's great to hear that you've spoken to a guide and they've removed the bar for you.

It can take up to 24 hours, however, it's possible that it may drop off sooner.

I'd recommend turning your phone off, then back on again, then attempt to make a call.
