Sorry for the delay. EE made a mistake and undercharged me. Then they failed to amend my next bill (which they said they would do) but added a bigger amount to the bill after that! Great service!

I am disappointed if the customer service team as they can’t understand maths. I called many times last 2 months trying to fix an overpayment of £55 last January when I called and cancelled my previous offer when I signed to EE.
my February bill I had £40.81 as refund each in old maths missing £14.19 to full refund but I lost my time and they kept saying I was wrong!
I just don’t understand!!

I'd recommend getting back in touch with our team, and they will be able to get this recitified for you. You can also ask for a complaint to be opened if you're not happy, and request to speak with a team leader, if you feel this needs to be escalated.
