Hi I would like to remove my bar on 3rd party services but i can not because I have more than one phone on the account is there a way I can do it?

Welcome to the community,

Are you on pay as you go or monthly contract?

If on monthly contract, you should be able to do that yourself by going into settings either on the EE App or by logging into the website and scroll down to parental control and and change it to unrestricted, or ring up customer service and they will sort it out.

If on pay as you go, you will have to ring customer service and pay a refundable amount to get this done or go to an EE high street store with photo ID and they can do that for you.

Hi @RobinStokes,

For 3rd party services, i.e. the ability to add purchases with other companies to your EE bill as payment, when you have multiple numbers on the same account the bar can only be lifted by the account holder calling us on 150, this is to ensure that the charges are only being allowed with the bill payer's permission.
