Why am I still being charged the full amount as my contract has ended.

@mjhr : It's an urban myth that the phone has been paid off before the contract has been ended in this type of contract.

@mjhr And the customer should be aware of what’s written within the contract and what happens at the minimum term date, After all the customer has agreed to the contract T&Cs. Not reading or understanding the T&Cs of a contract is down to that individual not the seller of the contract.
You can get your points across as much as you like and everyone here’s knows exactly what you mean. But the T&Cs of the contract and what happens at the minimum term is what is agreed upon. It’s down to the individual to do something about it.

That’s true, I have this problem, I didn’t know that after two years I have to contact them to change to only sim and now I paid the phone 2 times because my contract expired 2 years ago and I am still paying the same, they should lower the prices after 2 years not just expecting the people do it, some people don’t know about that🤦🏻♂️

@LexxTj89 : EE current flex-pay contracts are just like that with a separate contract for the device paid off at the end of its term while the airtime plan carries on until you cancel it.

@LexxTj89 so your saying you didn’t read the contract but still agreed to it. You are aware a contract is a legal document that two or more parties agree to. Basically you are bound by the terms of that contract once you agree to it. So it’s down to you to understand the T&Cs of what you are legally agree to. Even if you don’t read or understand the T&Cs.

day time robbery it is,can't believe I have lost over 200 pounds to EE,scamming people out there,be careful with EE they continue deducting money from my account, called 4 times in last 4 months and yet they launched the case and did nothing ,they didn't even send notification on my phone to alert me that my contract has ended.

If your contract had ended, so would your service - your phone wouldn't connect to EE's network.

Hi @marywambeti
Welcome to the community.
You need to give EE 30 days notice to cancel a contract if you don't want it to continue after the minimum term. Is it still an active number or have you now cancelled it?
