Hi - is it possible to turn off the text messages that arrive saying that my bill is ready to view or that payment will be taken?
They're simply annoying and unnecessary so would be great to turn them off!

I can't recall the exact menu path, but this is an option within the myEE website, and presumably also the app.
On mine, it's under Settings > Mobile usage alerts

You can manage your bill alerts through your EE online account by the following these steps
1 When Logged in to My EE, click Manage under My EE Mobile
2 Click Settings
3 Scroll down the page until you get to Manage your plan and click Manage next to Your usage alerts
4 Select how you would like to receive your alerts and select the number for the alert to go to click Apply
If you have difficulty in changing your settings, you can contact Customer Service on 150 from your mobile, where a guide will be able to amend this for you.

Thanks both; appreciate the replies.
The link to MyEE from the email from EE takes you to a site that doesn't exist, and the settings I found were in a completely different path. Unfortunately, you can't turn off reminders; only choose how they're sent.
