I’ve tried turning on notifications in the EE app after setting up an account on the EE app for my payers you go phone why can’t I turn on notifications every time I try toggling it on it says trying a little while what am I doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated

Is it in the profile>Settings and permissions>Manage Settings> App Settings you are trying to enable Push notifications and getting the error?
Have you granted the EE app notification permissions in the settings of your phone? Try clearing the app cache and logging back in and see if it allows you to set the notifications on and if not try a full re-install of the app.

@Hayden21 Just switch them off in the device settings for notifications
