End of contract

Just wondering what happens to discounts at the end of the minimum contract period , Do I continue paying the same as I am now with the discount or will I have to renegotiate the discount ?

Does the discount have an add date showing in your EE app?

Hi Leanne_T, thanks for your reply. I have 2 discounts - all rounder and a multiline, I can't see an end date on the discount. Just the contract length of 24 months from 9th March 2924.

@djhart06 A Multi-line discount would not expire, it will only remove if you remove the other number on the account and just have the one. Any discounts for having additional products with us like another mobile line or broadband continue as long as you still have those products.

All rounder is a plan name rather than discount name so I am not sure what the other one may be. Generally though if a discount was part of a special time limited offer discounts would be set to expire once the contract is over.
