I've just received my new upgrade but can't remember if I had selected to trade in my old phone or not. I seem to remember some confusion at the time as when I attempted to put the imei number in it was telling me 'I can't apply multiple discounts' but then did mention sending my old phone once I had set up my new one. Now I have my new phone and there is a 20% MRC discount on the contract but nothing since about sending my phone

@Whitty1184 If you trade in you’ll receive a returns package soon. You could call customer service to double check.

Ok thanks, I've had .y new phone for 5 days now so would have thought I'd gave recieved that by now. I'll give them a call

The trade in returns pack can take 5-10 working days, please do call us on 150 and the team will make sure the trade in was selected and the pack has been sent to you.
