To stop transaction from my bill

Hi its to stop my transaction for my bill this until the 10th of January when I get paid from my work it's cause I'm in arrears with my gas and electricity plus have to pay rent for the house

@Donna1690   You’ll need to call customer support about this.  If you don’t you could end up getting cut off and finding you have late fees applied to your bill.
