Hi I'm thinking of cancelling my SIM plan as I have recently changed provider due to connectivity issues in my area as I use the SIM as a 4g connection..
I pay £28 a month for the SIM card I was wondering how to cancel and how much it would be to leave?
Many thanks.

If you are outside your minimum contractual term, simply contact CS and give 30days cancellation notice.
If you are within your minimum contractual term - do the same, but you will be liable to early cancellation fees. Roughly (monthly subscription x months remaining) minus 4%

Didn't you port your no. to the new provider? That would've auto cancelled your EE contract.
Otherwise, if you are wanting to cease your mobile contract completely you need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your contract. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

I have changed to Starlink as I live in a rural area and EE 4g connection was only around 4Mbps Download and 0.4 Upload and wasn't helping at all when WFH on calls etc etc.
So it looks like it will be t will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%.
Thanks.
