I’m trying to turn off itemised billing but can’t see how to do it. How can I cancel it? I feel like this is a stealth tax which everyone pays every month because it’s not obvious how to turn it off.

@HG987 : You need to call CS to cancel it. It's not controlled online.

I rang them yesterday and requested it to be taken off. Still not done very disappointed. Wish I stayed with my previous provider

@Yvette2629 It should be removed from your account when your monthly cycle starts again as you pay pro rata so you’ve already paid for it this month.

Hello @598961.
When you log in to your EE account online under Plans & Subscriptions does Itemised Billing show as an active add-on?

Hi, I have the same problem … I shall call EE one last time today, then escalate this. I really do not have any hope of this situation being rectified whatsoever, as it is now following a distinct pattern, calling, explaining problem within the billing, being told it will be sorted out , call handler “speaking to manager” while I’m on hold (which is part of the script- a manager is not consulted, and a manager certainly does not reinforce completion of the removal of this payment) call handler gets rid of me by saying all sorted … check your online account in 24 hours .. and guess what … nothing changes.
If EE want to add this “ service charge” for a fabricated service then they should be upfront and say there will be an additional fee for the privilege of being our customer … but this is something that should be taken much further
