Hi there
I just found out that my contract was due for renewal and without my permission EE put me on a different contract the one I was on unlimited on everything and paying less, now I'm paying 8 pounds more plus less not unlimited.
I think this against the rules of a contract.
I need this matter sorted ASAP.

Are you sure that any benefits you received havent now expired with your old contract, hence the change and price increase.
If you text UP to 150 can you upgrade? If so then its likely the point I made above.
