Sony unauthorised payments

Looks like this is a problem with Sony taking money via EE has anyone ever been refunded as EE say it’s not their problem basically and to contact Sony can’t get passed the BOT with Sony as I don’t have an account any help appreciated as we have had 4 payment taken out in 1 min !

You are amazing thank you so much I finally got somewhere with Boku altho mine was over 45 days I fought them and now they are saying they will refund me 

I am in the same situation.

Ee won't support me and say that they cannot stop a 3rd party taking the money.

I can't get hold of anyone at PlayStation and there is nothing stopping them taking out of my account what they want. 

I haven’t given up yet. The agent at EE created the ticket at Sony for me and is now following it up. Fingers crossed I’ll have the same experience as above. Good luck

Go onto BOKU and they will sort it

Go to BOKU I thought it was a scam at first but it’s not they will give you your money back hopefully 

Good to hear! I followed this up with EE after to say I've had a confirmation from Boku that the refund will be processed, they have said it should be included in my bill this month as I'm within the period between the cut off points. Hopefully it will be with you soon as well.

As I've mentioned with another in this forum and they've also just stated this, Boku are the company that Sony use for their billing so you have to raise the issue with their customer support.

When I spoke to Sony I had 1 of their advisors send me an email stating I was not responsible for the transactions since I don't have an account with them and attached that to my complaint.

I received an email pretty quick, and hopefully you can get the refund processed before your cut off date is for your next bill.

What I've found with this issue is EE do not seem to understand how or why this happens, there is zero security with this and it's all too easy for them to pass the issue on rather than address a massive lapse in customer support and protection. 

I’m struggling to get a response from Sony. The agent has created a ticket on my behalf and followed up with them, but still no response from them. I don’t think I can contact Boku without something from Sony. Still hopeful
