Looks like this is a problem with Sony taking money via EE has anyone ever been refunded as EE say it’s not their problem basically and to contact Sony can’t get passed the BOT with Sony as I don’t have an account any help appreciated as we have had 4 payment taken out in 1 min !

I have just had the same issue, £240 billed to my daughter's number from Sony B, she is in tears about the whole thing.
I called EE who said I'd have to go through Sony for any hope of a refund, I put a block on all 3rd party while I was on the phone.
Just spoke to Sony who were really trying to get me off the phone, took my details and said I would get an email now a case has been opened.
Have you managed to get anything back?

Also did you get any messages asking for a code to confirm billing? We've just found 4 messages in the spam folder and we're not notified when getting them

No nothing you got further than us sony wouldn’t speak to us as we didn’t have an account to verify get on to EE and tell them to block all 3rd party payments to stop this happening again

I've done that, the first person I spoke to with EE was about as useful as a chocolate frying pan. Thankfully the 2nd person was really helpful, they'd raised it as an investigation and I should know in 72 hours what the outcome is. I got an email from Sony to confirm I wasn't responsible for the charges, if I am successful I will let you know and hopefully you can try do the same.

I've gone through Boku customer support, which is Sony's billing platform, and they've processed a full refund to my phone account, I'd say do the same and I reckon you'll get the same response 👍

I’ve actually got somewhere with BOKU it was a bit of a fight as it’s over 45 days but they have now sent me an email to say money will be refunded within 1-2 months . Fingers crossed this is the case
