Hi
My daughter has 4 bills on her phone account, each for £39.99 that EE say were paid to Sony. However my daughter did not make these payments and EE advised me to talk to Sony. However Sony won't talk to us unless we have an account, which we don't, and I can't dispute this with them. I am now in a Catch 22 and will not be paying for the Sony payments as they are fraudulent. I have seen posts on this that say to contact Boku, but they say we don't have an account with them either. I'm at the end of my tether. Please can someone advise.
