Financial difficulty following Hurricane Melissa

Hi EE, i have no way of contacting you. I was able to gain access to wifi network. I live between Jamaica and the UK. 

On 28th - 29th Oct Hurricame Melissa anihilated sections of the island. Whilst we didnt sustain life threatening damages we did have flooding and structual damages.... I woild very much like to put a payment plan in place but dont know how to make contact. Please, can someone help me?
