Something wrong going to EE

I can't seem to link my EE mobile phone account with my broadband.

It's saying

Your details don’t fully match those on the billing account

 

Call 150 from your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone to get help.

You can quote error code: Given Name to your EE Guide so they know exactly how to help you.

Alternatively, 

book an appointment
 at an EE store and come along with your driving license or passport.

It was resolved today... I just had the agent change my name to match the name in my account. It was missing a dash

Welcome to the community,

You will either have to ring customer service or go to an EE Store with photo ID to get this sorted, sorry no other way, we have no account access nor do we know who you are.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

I did 4 times. And it wasn't resolved.

I'm having the same issue. Also have spent over 2 hours trying to sort it out on the phone. It's like they have the details from on my account slightly wrong (my account has the wrong first name and wrong phone number, but correct surname) and now I can't get it corrected.

I am sorry this has not been resolved for you when you called. 

Did the team advise you to visit an EE Store with photo ID to get your details checked and corrected if needed?
