Somebody used my phone bill for online gambling

Hi wonder if any one can help me. I had a contract phone. And somebody used my phone for online gambling and it would just add on to my phone bill and now its been passed on to debt recovery as I couldn't pay it.

@DH31   Have you reported this to EE ?   

 To setup online gambling a text is sent to the number that it’s going to be registered against so it can be confirmed.      If it was your phone that has been used for this purpose that’s down to you and who you’ve allowed access to with your device. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

  i didn't know it was happening I phone contract for years and no trouble with payments with my bill u till then. Thanks for the reply I appreciate it 😊
