I have a Contract with EE for a Samsung Phone
I now have a newer phone
I hav 10 months left on my Contract
Is it legal to sell my old phone now?
I know I will still be payimg my contact for 10 more months
Just want to sell and phone I no longer use

@MRM3 The contract amount includes the device they are not separate contracts for each.
and yes you can sell the device.

Yes, it is yours to do what you will after the 1st 6 months of the contract.

Is that for definite? I have always waited until my contract is ended before I have sold my phone. Thought I had no choice.
Is it not possible to view the 2 different amounts I owe? 1 for Phone 1 for Contract

Hi
I am wondering exactly the same thing. Does the IMEI number not flag up and cause problems for the new phone user? Want to sell mine and continue paying the last 4 months off it. Been in it for over a year so far. Help!

@LJ451 : As you've had your phone for more than 6 months you are free to sell it. You still have to continue paying EE for it.
