Thanks for the help I have used everyone’s information and been in contact through Skype and they said they will listen to the sales rep call to me ( I just wish I recorded it ) because they can doctor it. I have posted the letter to my 92 year old mother who opens my mail (bit strong for 15 pounds )

There's no threat of bailiffs in that letter. It's the usual notification of passing your (£15) debt to the debt collectors to attempt to collect from you on EE's behalf if you don't pay your debt promptly.
It was presumably sent to you at your mother's addy cuz that's where you registered your addy with EE when you took out this contract. It's certainly not threatening your mother for anything. Take responsibility for your own actions!

It also includes reference to debt advice charities, which may be able to provide another objective viewpoint on your circumstances - if they are furnished with all relevant details.

Take responsibility for my actions you obviously haven’t got the jist of my post
I never asked to join a 24 month contract or should I say plan ( cunning plan like black adder or ee rep)

@stewart-ritchie You might not of asked for it but you agreed to what was being offered. You accepted the terms and conditions of the product being offered.
