SIM Contract Ending

Hello,

My SIM contract is ending 15/12/2023, I am happy with my current plan, content with my billing amount and do not wish to upgrade anything. Do I need to contact EE or do anything if I wish to stick with my current plan or will it renew and carry on with monthly payments if I don't do anything after 15/12/2023. I thought it would be best to ask the community in hopes of a quicker response as I am unable to attend my nearest EE store or call customer service during my working hours.

Thanks,

Tash

You need do nowt.

These mobile contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel, upgrade or port your no. away. There will however be a 10% discount after 3 months.
