Changed my plan

I changed my plan to a 125GB and the page suggested that it was cheaper than my current plan hence why I decided to change it. I agree to it in November with the change taking place from my next bill on 5th December. I have now realised that instead of my bill being cheaper it has increased. Am I able to downgrade back to my original 40GB plan?

Hello @buckleyamy

Welcome to the community.

Have you been able to download your EE bill to see if there is any out of allowance charges?

Does your bill show your last plan too?

Katie

Hi @Katie_B

Yes I have downloaded my bill, no there is no out of allowance charges.

My bill only shows my current plan:

Ess 125GB £53: £53.00 (before discount) £42.40
Includes 24 month 20% Perk of -£10.60

My previous bill was:

Essential 40GB £43: £49.18 (before discount) £39.34
Includes 24 month 20% Perk of -£9.84

I realise now that the monthly is more expensive but I was not aware of this at the time. Am I able to go back to my original Essential 40GB plan?
