Roaming c harges

Hi all,

Just want to confirm with a member of EE staff that there have been no recent changes and that incoming roaming sms are still free worldwide, and that disabling roaming data & diverting all incoming calls to voicemail will avoid any roaming charges (so long as no outgoing calls are made)

Good morning @XRaySpeX. 

If the caller leaves a voicemail for the number which is abroad there would be a charge for this connecting. 

We recommend people turning voicemail off before travelling abroad if they wish to avoid these charges. 

I have used the United States as an example whilst searching on the Roaming Tool which shows these charges.
