@MaryCok , this is not customer service, you will have to speak to them, we have no idea who you are and no account access.
Did you have more than one device? If so and you were using them, each has to be charged £25.- not £25.- for all of them, so please give more , and if you want EE to check, then you will have to speak to them. Have you checked the breakdown of your bill to see what it says?

Hi @MaryCok
Welcome to the EE Community
We don't have access to accounts here in the community forum. You would need to contact Customer Service team on 150 from your EE handset so one of the billing guides can check the bill details for you. Contact EE
You can also have a look at the breakdown of your bill at EE account

@MaryCok You purchased the ability to use your allowance when roaming you don’t purchase roaming as this is an account service that you enable by texting ROAMING to 150 while within the UK or you call customer support to request roaming to be enabled on your account. Enabling roaming allows you to connect to a roaming network so you can use the add on you did purchase to keep costs down.
the £25 is also on top of your monthly contract price as this £25 is a add on to your account.

@MaryCok No one from here can pass any message across to customer services you need to call them.
There is no email address you can use so if you ever send an email it will go unanswered. You have to call customer support.
