Question about service suspended

My sim card was stopped due to insufficient bank card balance on the payment day, and my mobile app could not be logged in. I am not in the UK during this summer (because I am not in the UK and I contact others with emails, so I didn't pay attention to the SMS at all). How should I charge the money now? Can EE directly transfer the monthly package fee from my bound bank card to restore the number to use? I tried to call ee but I couldn't get through due to overpayment, and I asked a friend to help me make a call to ee, but I don’t know the so-called six-digit password so the customer service says she couldn’t help my friend without six-digit password (May I ask what this refers to? My app password is four-digit while my account login password is a long string without any six-digit password). Please help me.😭😭😭

Try using Fast Payment online to pay by UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

The pwd being asked is 1 you agreed with CS in advance for them dealing over the phone with a 3rd -party to handle your a/c affairs on your behalf.
