Roaming bills overcharging instead of £25 for Roaming I have been charging £69.6

Dear Sir/madam

My overcharged number 07********* in June I applied for Roaming in Lewisham branch and they said i will be charged £25 for the first time that’ it will be refund our agreement to my surprise in June they charging me £69.67p that’s first charges my contract is £12.50 a month instead of £25 according to our agreement when am back to  UK resolved it  before I travel to America my contract is 12 months  if they can check their system the  former contract that finished in  march i’ve made the payment of £56.67p kindly check your system  moreover your service isn’t working yules I cannot receive your Data I don’t know why you are charging me ( ******** Road SE****** ) Mary Coker my 07*********) kindly check your system and adjust the bills

You can either contact CS from abroad, or wait until you return to the UK to resolve it.

Much depends how critical this is to you.

Yeah I’m charged for £69.67 for June they even first payment as soon as instead £25 for Roaming which’s refundable? Now each month is £39 instead of £12.50 monthly payment what they’ve been doing to me when I purchased two handsets one tablet iPhone at the rate of £54 a month for both from the guy who work for EE mobile phone in Lewisham Branch I cannot pay over charged The contract has finished in march/24

I can appreciate that you want to get this resolved. We don't have access to your account details here, and we're not able to pass the details on to be looked at. 

You will need to give our billing guides a call when you can so they can bring up your account and discuss the bill with you.

@MaryCok , if you have something like Skype, you can call them for free, see my signature, it should not cost you anything, as you can use wifi to call them, as it is web app.
