I have just upgraded my phone from S22 to S24+.
On my S22 I used the Roam Abroad Pass as my inclusive Extra as I travel a lot for work.
I explained to the assistant in the Lincoln, UK branch that I still wanted this extra, however, it is no longer appearing for me. The only extras I have available are Netflix and Google.
I feel I have been deceived in order for the branch to sell an upgrade, and would like the Roam Abroad extra back please.

What type of plan did you upgrade to? (All Rounder or Full Works?)
If it is an All Rounder, your EU Roaming is included in your plan.
If it is a Full Works plan, the EU and the 5 additional RoW countries covered by the old Roam Abroad Pass are included.
The Roam Abroad Pass has been scrapped as of 4th December and was to be removed off accounts within 30 days. It does not exist anymore to be able to be re-added but on All Rounder and up, EU Roaming is a free addon and doesnt take up one of your choices.

What about Microsoft Game pass and BT? These were also extras that I no longer have access to.

They've changed the way the entire Inclusive Extra system works. There are more inherent benefits included as standard, but some of the choices have been reduced. As an example, you now have your Roaming active alongside an Extra choice whereas before it was either or.
On All Rounder (which I'm assuming you're on based on your options) you get access to EU Roaming, a Free Watch Data plan if you have a SIM-enabled smart watch you want the connectivity for, and an Inclusive Extra from the choices of Google One or Netflix Standard with Ads. As well as 5G Standalone access and Network Prioritisation included.
On Full Works you get EU Roaming, 5 RoW countries (US, Canada, Australia, Mexico, New Zealand), Free Watch Data and an Inclusive Extra from the higher value options such as Google AI Premium 2TB, Netflix Premium, TNT Sports or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. As well as 5G Standalone access and Network Prioritisation included.
Microsoft 365 has been removed, however it was always quite a low value choice as it is available quite cheaply direct with Microsoft.

As @Matt_124 has asked, what is the name of the plan you have upgraded to?

Same, same, I used to purchase a Roam Abroad pass for £25pm which incidentally sharply increase from £18.
On the 18th Dec 24 I tried purchasing a Roam Abroad pass only to find this option had been discontinued (no email explaining this was happening).
An option is to pay £2.47pd to EE which can be rather expensive if in EU for any length of time or do as I have - Most modern phone either accept 2 SIM cards or support an eSIM, on my arrival in Spain I purchased a Vodafone prepay SIM for €10 which gives me 60Gb of data 50Gb after 31 Jan 25. Unused data rolls over for up to 3 months providing you credit your account every 28 days.
Not only are EE no longer getting my £25pm for my Roam Abroad pass but I no longer require such a data package and will be reducing that on contract renewal date. I this instance through EE’s shortsightedness they have done me a favour. Thank You EE!

Does the Full works plan include all imcludive roaming in United Arab Emirates? I'm getting mixed responses and need it clarifying in writing whether or not it is included before I upgrade to it. Also is there a fair usage policy on it? I tend to spend alot of time out of the UK.

Not currently.
None of the current plans include ROW Zone 1 countries at this moment in time. It has been stated that it may be added to the Full Works plan but nothing has been guaranteed yet.

I have an option to add the ROW zone 1 to my current plan. Will that mean the UAE is included in that add on? Also on your website when you click on plans explained the Full works plan states in bold No-charge EU and World Roaming. This to me means the whole world so the wording really needs to be looked at.

Hi @Dilip5
Yes, the ROW zone 1 add-on allows you to use your allowances in the UAE.
Could you send me a link to where you saw that quote please? I'll take a look into it.
