Hi @ee_are_scammers

You can find ways to cancel the contract in our How Do I Cancel My Contract with EE? Help page.

Which is to waste 30 minutes of your life trying to call your support. You could just make it easy to cancel online, but you don't do that because calling discourages people and therefore less people cancel and so you make more money. Besides, the number you list on your website does not work if you're calling from abroad.

@ee_are_scammers : You may write with your notice of cancellation as I describe above.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

Hi @zykalender, welcome to the Community!

If you're having trouble calling on this number, you can also try +44 7953 966 250 which should be accessible from any international network. as well as services like Skype.

Alternatively it's also possible to cancel via post like @XRaySpeX mentioned at the start of this thread.

Just as a reminder, you need to send your request including your name, registered address, EE account number and / or EE mobile number to the following:
