Returns pack

Hi I have ordered an upgrade.  I usually get a returns pack, however, I received a text telling me where to post the phone.  How do I find out if I am getting a returns pack so I don't have to get envelopes and pay for delivery.  I have been on hold 4 times for 45 minutes now.

@Jenirator   You should get a returns pack,   I personally wouldn’t post it to any address I received via a text message.  The package you receive to return it to will be linked to you so they know who sent that device in.
