Hi,
My EE 24 month contract is up at the end of this month, but I don't see a better deal right now and want to keep my smart benefit. If I don't do anything will this just move into a rolling contract (same price, same package)? And can I then cancel or upgrade at anytime as out of the 24 month fixed period?

@tori11 That’s correct but after 3 months you’ll get a 10% discount on that tariff cost.

Are you saying EE have removed your Smart Benefit, or you would like to have it removed?
You can remove it yourself in your My EE Account.
