My screen is broken and I wish to trade in the phone to get a new phone - I've tried to factory reset the device through Google however it says I need to be connected to the Internet for the reset to work - it said it'll start the next time it connects, however I'm unable to connect as my screen doesn't work - I've tried to do it blind with no luck.
Will EE accept this phone as a trade in if I'm unable myself to access the Internet on the phone to begin the wipe? Cheers.
