Renewed my Mobile and Landline contract, now niether work

A few days a go I renewed my mobile contract EE and my BT landline, now I have no mobile or landline service

I can't contact BT or EE as my phones don't work.

What the hell have they done to my service.

Any suggestions please?

The really annoying thing is I wasn't switching provider at all.

I have resolved my BT landline problem, when I renewed they switched me to digital and I had to connect my phone base to the BT hub. Now working.

My EE mobile issue is really annoying as i've been with Orange/EE for around 22 years. I renewed my SIM contract for 2 sims and said as my devices were 5G i should have 5G sims. They said they would send them.

Then a couple of days ago my devices stopped working, when I phoned EE I was told EE had activated the sims even though they were in transit. When I finally got through yesterday after being on hold for 45 mins they told me I had made a second request for new sims so they sent them again and are now due today.

To be honest I'm not impressed.
