I am an ex employee who went through a redundancy in March 2025. I was under the impression my service would remain discounted but I see that the discount has been removed without informing me.
How can this be rectified?

Have you recently upgraded? If so, was the plan already discounted?
If this is not showing in your EE app add-ons and you've not upgraded, please give us a call on 150 and our guides can check this for you and see if they can help get this sorted 🙂
