I can't call or text. I can receive but not send. I tried calling friends and tried calling 150 and each time I get an automated message saying I've reached my credit limit. My bills are paid. Still relatively new to the network and I can't get hold of anyone to sort this. I'm having to use my neighbours wifi to even post this. I also didn't select a spend cap when I set this up. I had the same issue when I first received the phone prior to porting my number over. The number ported about a month ago and I've no problems since.
