Yes exactly the same issue and I’ve changed bill 2 weeks ago now I’ve paid for the phone

I’ve been trying for two weeks but can’t  see it.

  • No error just there is nowhere to access it it just says my last bill was £67

Are you able to try logging in to your account online to see if your bill is viewable here rather than the app?

Do you have the latest version of the app?

It may be worth checking your account is set up as Bill Payer rather than a User. 

You can find this setting within your EE account online
