You can still request for a phone or SIM to be restricted with our customer service guides.

Any changes that are made can take up to 24 hours to take effect, but are generally a lot quicker and almost instant in many cases.

It would be up to 24 hours again with removing any restrictions @Sellors. Usually it is quicker, but that is the maximum amount of time it can take.
