I'm having the same trouble it's alright telling you to ring 150 if you got 60 mins to hang around waiting for someone to answer the phone, if can't upgrade on the website then don't give people the option, considering ee is a communication company this really doesn't look good on them, I was with Orange before ee came along and had no trouble at all, so think I will leave ee next month when my contract ends.
