I have the same issue, paid my bill yesterday now no service, can't make any outgoing calls or texts. I've called support on 150, and says your offices are closed!! What is going off?! I need my phone for work and will be complaining and seeking a refund for the time I haven't been able to use.

Having the exact same issue, paid phone bill yesterday account still saying suspended but money taken from account and bill showing as paid. When I try and ring it says office is closed! 

It says taking you to the EE payment line... which I paid yesterday. My online account banance owed is 0.00 on the app..! Can you resolve this ASAP please, another member has commented they too are having the exact same issue. I have dm'd you my contact number. Can you or someone from your CS team call me please. 150 and all numbers for EE I've tried say your offices are closed!!! It's just not good enough. If outage is bad, let customers know, don't just close the phone lines. Really terrible experience with this today, as your other customers are having too from the comments. 

And yes I'm in the UK....
