Can you explain to me why a £14 a month contract gets to £65 ? Why hidden charges ? As a company by far the worst - I explained my situation to your customer service team, my partner has been in hospital for 7 months from a brain aneurysm. I explained I couldn’t afford this monthly payments £65 is extortion for a simple plan. I have made payments every month btw buy what I can afford £14 that’s my budget. Now I have had my services reduced can’t get any phone calls from the hospital to get news on my sons mum. Absolutely disgusting, scum of the highest order…

Without sight of your bill, that's impossible to answer.

Are there any specific entries on your bill that you're unsure about?

Good afternoon @Jaym87.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community!

I can really appreciate why the higher than expected bill will have come as a shock here, but as @XRaySpeX and @bristolian have mentioned, we would need to directly check your bill to say for sure what these charges are for.

Whilst we don't have account access via these public forums, if you reach out to our team, they should be able to help you understand what's been going on.

We also have specific support available for customers worried about an outstanding bill, and you can find more information here:
