I paid my bill on the app Thursday and shows overdue now. Money has left my acc. I didn't receive the usual immediate email either. Spoke to someone on Fri and they said give it until Mon. The app is full of bugs in the payment section.

Is the payment showing as pending or completed in your banking app?

Paid by debit card so paid straight away. Normally get an email but nothing received, checked spam etc. Now showing as an overdue bill on the app.

If the payment is showing as completed, rather than pending, I would expect the payment to be allocated to your EE account soon.

Apologies, after looking into my Chase account it does say 'Pending' even though balance has reduced and cashback gone through too. Need EE to either accept payment or to return if error has been made.

Thanks for coming back to us. 

If the payment is pending this will either return to your balance if this has not been successful, this would be within a few working days or be accepted and show on your EE account.
