@Leckey84   And lack of information proves nothing.   This could be a case of he said she said I think.  🤔

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Was told I’d be getting a call back yesterday morning didn’t happen so that’s a lie!

told I was getting an upgrade by Madeline and that was a lie!  Told me I WAS eligible and double checked with upgrade team and confirmed I WAS eligible. And I would be getting a call between 3/4 pm Tuesday. Didn’t happen. And then I called EE to be told you are NOT eligible so a lie!

told by Thomas I’d be getting a call back in an hour that was Wednesday and he will be taking away the tablet I’ve got to replace it with an iPhone. And none of that happened! No call backs no upgrade and no switching devices. So lie after lie after lie

He said she said? Are you 5? All calls are recorded this isn’t no game

Welcome to the Community, @Leckey84.

Can you please give us more context on what exactly you were looking to do here?

You've mentioned upgrades, promised call backs, and a tablet, but not given any background on what you originally contacted us to do exactly.

We also don't have access to your account via these forums, but I definitely want to make sure we point you in the right direction for getting things sorted.

Peter

@Leckey84  No not all calls are recorded.  It states calls maybe be recorded for training purposes.   You do know this is a pubic forum and there are rules of shall we say of engagement.  If your wish to use derogative language I suggest you actually read those rules ( you’ll find them here  )  and if not you’ll find your nearest playground via google maps so you can use said language with others of the same age as you seem to be.

"He said, she said" is a veritable legal term, strictly for adult lawyers 😉.

@Leckey84 , this is not a chat forum, but we are here to help where we can, so long as it does not involve account specific, as we have no way of knowing who you are and do not have access to accounts either, as this is a public forum, no need for all the rudeness, if you want help, I suggest you use proper polite language.

EE do have other customers to deal with and can quite easily forget to ring someone, nothing wrong with ringing them up again to get it sorted, but please make sure that you respect the staff and speak in a civilised manner, otherwise they may not help, rudeness gets you know here.
