I have noticed im being billed monthly for EE and BT and I was advised in store that by converting to BT they are part of EE and my bill would be cheaper.

Hi @ABtwentysix,
Welcome to the EE Community
If you do have both EE mobile and BT Broadband you would have a separate direct debit for each of those accounts, if that is the setup you have.
But other than that scenario, if you are not expecting to have two direct debits going out then please give us a call and one of our guides will be able to take a look into the two payments to help get this resolved, as we have no access to customer accounts via this forum.

Please check my account and if ive been double charged for months i would like a retrospective rebate for costs incurred
