Hi was hoping to get some answers to why I am paying the amount as I was told my 18 month contract wouldn’t exceed £36.00 and now it’s £41.18 p which is unacceptable

@spicebenice3 : Like all EE plans it has been subject to the annual CPI + 3.9% = 14.4% price rise as per your contract - see Price changes 2023 . It fits exactly.

Could the increase be down to the CPI increase?
