Dear EE Data Protection Officer,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am writing to formally request access to my call history under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. I would like to obtain a record of all incoming and outgoing calls associated with my EE account for the following period:

- Phone Number: 07*********

- Requested Date Range: 1 October 2024 until 29 January 2025

Personal Details:

- Full Name: *****

- Date of Birth: *********

- EE Account Number (if available): **********

- Current Address: **********************

- Email Address: m**********

- Phone Number: 07*********

If you require any further information or proof of identity to process this request, please let me know. I understand that EE has one calendar month to respond to my request as per data protection regulations.

Please confirm receipt of this request and provide an estimated timeframe for when I can expect the requested information.

Thank you for your time and assistance.

Best regards,

Mohammad D****

@Midahlan : This is not the correct platform for formally serving notices on EE. We users are casual!

You could submit a Subject Access Request (SAR) by using the online GDPR Form. That should include outgoing calls & texts. It normally takes up to a month but could take up to 3 months.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

Hi @Midahlan

Welcome to the community.

We're not able to provide you with any details from here, as we do not have access to your account.

There are a couple of ways to obtain a copy of outgoing calls for that period.

If you have itemised billing in place in the period in question, the calls will be shown on your itemised bill each month. If you don't have itemised billing, you can do a Data Subject Access Request either online at How can I request my personal data? or by giving our customer services guides a call.

Please note, incoming calls are not available unless unless needed by a solicitor with a Court Order or Witness Summons.
