  • I have an email address, but you're sending me an SMS saying the invoice is ready, but I can't view it. I sent you an email, but haven't heard back. I can't see my invoice in the app's designated location. I want you to email me my invoice every month.

Welcome to the community.

We don't send invoices/bills by email. They're available through the EE App or by logging into the EE Online desktop site.

What happens when you try to view the bill? Do you get any error messages? Have you tried using both the EE App and the website?
